There is no subscription and there are no per-driver fees. You add tokens once and spend them as you go — only when the system produces a filed record — an MIS report, or a random selection if your program is verified for live use. Day-to-day operations do not consume tokens. Everything that keeps your program compliant is free, because charging for record-keeping would punish doing things right.
Tokens never expire and are shared by your whole team. The more you buy, the less each token costs.
| Action | Cost |
|---|---|
| Random selection event (drug + alcohol draw together, selection certificate included) | 2 tokens |
| MIS annual report (per company per year — charged once, re-opening it is free) | 2 tokens |
| Send an invoice to a client (charged once — re-sends & reminders are free) | 0.1 token |
| Create a test form (charged once — edits are free) | 0.04 token |
| Donor & pool management, roster changes, result logging, cancellations, RTD/follow-up tracking | Free |
| Selection certificates, DOT print packs, pool change reports, audit trail | Free |
| Appointments, MRO queue, equipment & training logs, viewing & editing records | Free |
New accounts start with 10 free tokens — no card required. What a year actually costs: a 10-driver pool running quarterly selections uses 8 tokens, plus 2 for the MIS report — about $10 per year at Starter pricing (as little as $4 at Bulk pricing). Compare that to the $2,400+ a year conventional TPA software costs.
Random selection is the one thing here we will not switch on just because someone has paid. A selection is a compliance record for a real employer’s program, and producing one puts you on the hook for pool eligibility, selection rates, notification timing and retention. Practice mode is free and unlimited so you can learn the whole workflow first; everything it produces is watermarked PRACTICE.
To enable live random selection, provide any one of the following:
Until then the random-selection rows above simply do not apply to your account.
